Thanksgiving was great:


Stephanie and I were so blessed to have family visiting us this year, but it was crazy seeing as how it was our first holiday hosting festival. I stressed as always, and we made the best of what we could near the end of Stephanie's pregnancy, and the increasingly annoying lack of square footage to share between 18 people and 4 dogs. It was a great time to get together with long lost family, and enjoy what I have thought Thanksgiving has been about for as long as I can remember: being grateful for the little things.

We were all excited to see Scott (our brother), who was able to come back half way through his term in Iraq to visit with us for a few days. He really enjoyed the time here, and we are glad that he will be coming home in April. Please keep him in your prayers!
With family from all over the U.S., mostly from Arizona, we were able to sit back and enjoy the company of family for the first time in a while. Stephanie's mom Connie was able to come out from the middle of November all the way through the first week of December and help us prepare the way for little Nathan. Personally, I am so grateful that she was here and able to look after my favorite while I was going to work. The last few weeks of Steph's pregnancy were difficult to say the least, so we loved being able to lean on her for a bit.
